1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of flixflow and the membership you take out. By subscribing you accept them.

This website is a promotional domain operated by REGIOSUS, S.L., a company registered in Spain (de Palma, CP 07002), registration number B13828900, used exclusively for advertising purposes.

2. Eligibility

flixflow is a membership for the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, be the holder of the payment card used or have the cardholder's permission, and provide accurate details.

3. The membership

One membership unlocks all five worlds: Watch (movies, series and documentaries), Play (games across every genre), Fitness (workouts, yoga and wellness), Learn (courses, tutorials and masterclasses) and Astrology (horoscopes, tarot and birth charts). There are no tiers and no separate charges per world.

flixflow is built for the web and runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Nothing is installed. The catalogue changes over time as titles are added or removed.

4. Price and billing

• Price: .99 per month, billed in U.S. dollars.
• Renewal: the membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Failed payments: if a payment cannot be taken, access may be suspended until it is settled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Email contact@thorn-rgus-acmes.com from the address linked to your account, or call +1-213-283-0718. Support is available 24/7, Monday to Sunday, and will handle your cancellation and any refund request.

6. Content and rights

flixflow is a content-aggregation membership. The films, games, workouts, courses and apps are not created by the operator. All such content belongs to its respective rights holders and is provided under licence or by the applicable third parties.

7. Acceptable use

The membership is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, record, redistribute or publicly show the content, share your login details, or use automated tools to access the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided with reasonable care but on an "as available" basis; no guarantee is given that it will always be uninterrupted or that any particular title will always be available. The fitness content is general information, not medical advice; consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme. Nothing here limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The revised version is posted here with an updated date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies where you live.
